Scrub and Circulate experience
Vascular Surgery experience
Orthopedics experience
Trauma experience
Urology experience
ENT Surgery experience
Experience with Epic

Work history
Skills checklist current within 1 year
1 supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years
Current Nursys
14-panel drug screen completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance
Required onboarding training from one of the listed approved training groups
