Registered Respiratory Therapist in Indianapolis, Indiana
13-week assignment
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30

Overview

Provides evaluation and care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies
Assesses patients, develops and monitors care plans, performs advanced respiratory care modalities, educates patients and families, and responds to emergency resuscitation team codes
Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Indiana
Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
RRT
High school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, or an associate's degree or technical degree, or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Life Support, accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support, accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
