Overview

13-week assignment
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Every other weekend or based on department needs
Every other holiday rotation with regular staff

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
2 or more completed travel assignments
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience caring for critical care patients
Driver's License
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
TNCC
NIHSS
MOAB

Required Certifications

BLS, AHA
ACLS, AHA
PALS, AHA
TNCC
NIH Certification

Onboarding / Compliance

Resume/profile and at least 2 professional references required for submission
Signed assignment agreement required before onboarding
Specialty exam, core competencies, EKG exam, skills checklist, and Epic test-out required during onboarding
Color vision screening required
MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, Tdap, TB screening, fit test, health statement, and 12-panel drug screen required
Criminal background check, EPLS, employment verification, education verification, and badge photo required
Nursing contract worker onboarding and education attestation required
May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
