Assignment Overview

• Start date: 11/30/2026
• Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 3x12hrs
• Shared housing available at additional cost
• Must have own transportation

Required Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist

Onboarding / Compliance

• MGB MVH Housing Agreement required only if moving into shared housing
• N95 fit test required within 365 days of start date and updated annually
• Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) attestation required with fit test
• MMR documentation or proof of immunity required
• TB test documentation required within 3 months of start date
• Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA required within 365 days of start date
• Criminal background check required within 45 days prior to start date
• Massachusetts CORI required within 30 days prior to start date
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI form required for initial assignments and extensions
• Education verification required
• SSN trace required
• National sex offender check required within 30 days of start date and updated annually
• Exclusion checks required within 30 days of start date and annually
• Beeline attestation required

• Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray documentation
• Name change documentation if legal name differs from credential documentation or profile
• TB symptom survey if positive PPD
