Job Opportunity: RN Critical Care (Pain Clinic RN)
Location: Maywood, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Position: Pain Clinic RN
- Schedule: No weekends or holidays
- Tentative Hours (may vary based on physician schedule):
- Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Required Skills:
- BLS certification
- Experience with moderate sedation
Required Certifications & Licenses
- BLS (American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel)
- ACLS (required for RNs in critical care areas)
- Valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start
Required Health & Compliance
- Fit Test
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)
- COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster as of Sept 2025; declination not accepted in IL)
- MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
- Hepatitis B (must have started vaccination series prior to start)
- Influenza Vaccine (proof or declination for 2024-2025 or 2025-2026 season; declination not accepted in IL)
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB
- Varicella (proof of vaccination or IgG titer)
- Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)
Professional Requirements
- Signed Trinity Code of Conduct Form
- Completed Trinity I9 form
- Confidentiality and System Security Agreement
- Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
- Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years, including SSN verification)
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check
- GSA/OIG exclusion check
- Joint Commission CORE Exam (within last year)
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check
- System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
