Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- ED - Emergency Department experience
- Stepdown experience
Preferred
- Travel experience
- Neuro surgical experience
- Open heart experience
Additional Details
- Strict attendance policy applies: arriving more than 20 minutes late, missing a scheduled shift, or leaving early without prior approval counts as an attendance strike; three strikes result in termination from the assignment
- Navy blue dress code
- EMR: Cerner
- Unit ratios: ICU 1:2, 1:1 for special populations; step down 1:4
