Role Overview

• Travel/Contract surgical services role in Seattle, Washington
• Pediatric facility assignment
• 13-week contract
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekend work required
• On-call required
• Floating not required

Required Qualifications

• Pediatric Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
• Pediatric Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• WA license required
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Pediatric facility experience required
• Experience working with Orthopedics patients
• Experience working with Neuro patients
• Experience in neurosurgery
• Experience working with Neonate patients
• Experience working with Infant patients
• Experience working with Adolescent patients
• Experience working with PICU patients
• Experience working with NICU patients
• Experience in an Inpatient setting
• Experience in an Emergency Department setting
• Ultrasound procedure experience required
• Experience with portables, inpatient, ER, PICU, NICU, and neonate patients required
• Inpatient Surg Tech experience required
• Scrub experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient experience
• Level I Trauma experience
• Children’s Hospital experience
• Endo/Laparoscopic experience
• ENT experience
• Robotics experience
• NBSTSA preferred

Additional Job Details

• RTO must be included on the initial submission
• No RTO during the first 2 weeks due to orientation
• If the WA license is not already in hand, start date must be set 6–8 weeks out for processing
• Teaching, Magnet, and Level I Trauma facility
• 407 staffed beds
• EPIC charting
• Scrub color: any color or T-shirt top, age appropriate and kid friendly
