Required Qualifications
- BLS - Basic Life Support, AHA
- Education verification required
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify
- Background check covering the last 7 years, including all locations lived/worked/in school
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Fingerprinting for Pennsylvania placements; results must be on file before start
- Pennsylvania - Child Abuse Search
- Pennsylvania - Department of Human Services Fingerprint Results
- Pennsylvania - PATCH Search Results
- Work history verification of last position worked only
- National certification/verification required within 30 days of start
- Mammography Techs must have evidence of 15 mammography-specific CEUs within the last 3 years
- Mammography Techs must have evidence of 200 mammograms performed within the last 24 months
- Mammography Techs must have evidence of initial training showing 40 hours of mammography-specific training and 25 supervised exams
- Mammography Techs must have evidence of 8 hours of digital training
- Mammography Techs must have evidence of 8 hours of 3D/tomo training

- Radiation badge will be provided by the facility
- Drug testing is required within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or exemption is required during flu season
- COVID vaccination or medical/religious exemption is required
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccination or medical exemption is required
- Negative TB or chest X-ray is required before start
- TB questionnaire is required
- Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella documentation is required for patient-facing roles
