Registered Nurse – IMC

Overview

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 12 weeks
Shift: Night, 3x12 hours (19:00–7:30)
Hours: 12 per day, 36 per week
Weekend coverage: Every other weekend
Unit: IMC, 34 staffed beds
Unit details: Bariatric Surgery, Stroke, Acute Respiratory Failure, Fall, Aneurysm, Encephalopathy

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Work Arrangement

Float: Will float within scope to meet facility needs; may float to sister facilities in the system
Local candidates: Not accepted; local radius is 75 miles
First-time travelers: Not accepted
Pending state license: Not accepted
Block scheduling: Does not accommodate block schedules
RTO: Up to 5 days or less accepted; no holidays
