Registered Nurse – Outpatient Clinic (Urology)
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in an outpatient urology setting with procedural experience.
- Responsibilities include cystoscopies, vasectomies, nurse visits, suprapubic and Foley catheter changes, bladder installations, bladder scanning, and post-void residual (PVR) measurements.
- Must have performed Urodynamics tests (not just assisted).
Schedule
- Day shift, 5 days per week (8 hours per day)
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Minimum 2 years of clinic experience, including outpatient and urology settings
- Clinic experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience in an outpatient setting
- Experience in a clinic setting
- Urology experience
