Job Description
- Provide speech-language pathology services in a home health setting.
- Must have experience with OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) and home health care.
- Local candidates are eligible to apply at the same rate.

- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Virginia.
- Experience in a Home Health setting.
