Required Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (1 year of experience)
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Louisiana license in hand required
- Accepts either CRT or RRT
- 2 references required
Schedule
- Every other weekend rotation
Compliance / Onboarding
- Copy of photo ID required
- Background check required
- EPLS/GSA/SAM required
- HHS/OIG required
- Annual physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Annual respirator fit testing required
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire required
- 12-panel drug screen required within 90 days prior to start
- System access and confidentiality agreement must be signed prior to start
