Required Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacist license in California
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
- Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation

- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Transcript or diploma may be requested to support education verification if needed
- Physical exam within 1 year of start

- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Rubeola, Mumps, and Rubella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Drug screen
- Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
- COVID vaccination documentation or declination
- Respiratory safety clearance
- Float policy acknowledgement
- Badge photo if required for the assigned location

- Traveler may be required to float to another facility within a reasonable distance.
- Annual regulatory modules are required.
