Required Qualifications

Valid Pharmacist license in California
Pharmacist experience within the last year
Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation

Respiratory safety clearance
Float policy acknowledgement
Badge photo if required for the assigned location

Additional Notes

Traveler may be required to float to another facility within a reasonable distance.
Annual regulatory modules are required.
