Job Opportunity: Medical Surgical Nurse (LVN / LPN)

Location: Beckley, West Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work on an expanding unit with 2+ years of current experience required.
Patient ratios typically 1:5 or 1:6, may fluctuate with census and call-ins.
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
Float within scope of practice required.
Every other weekend shift required.
Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.
Orientation occurs bi-weekly.
Must reside within 75 miles of the facility.

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in West Virginia
Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Experience with MEDITECH EMR system
