Job Opportunity: Pediatric OR Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Schedule:
- 2x12 hour shifts (7 PM - 7:30 AM)
- 2x8 hour shifts (11 PM - 7:30 AM)
- 12-hour shifts occur 2 out of every 3 weekends
Types of cases: General surgery, urology, orthopedic, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, advanced ENT, spine
Responsibilities: Must scrub and circulate in the OR
Scrubs provided
No on-call required
Block scheduling requests must be included and approved with submittal
Local candidates accepted

Required Experience and Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Jersey
Minimum 1.5 years of Pediatric Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
IV Certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience working with Pediatric, Neonate, Maternal-Fetal, and Adult patients
Experience in Acute Care and Outpatient settings
