Job Description

• Position: Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
• Schedule Options:

  • 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (09:30 - 18:00)
  • 4 days a week, 10 hours per day (07:30 - 18:00)
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Closed on major holidays
• Patient-focused care with emphasis on 1:1 evidence-based treatment
• Collaborative team environment with 23 therapists and close physician referrals
• Patient diagnoses include: total joint replacements, ACL repairs, rotator cuff repairs, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, sprains, strains, and other orthopedic conditions
• Preferred skills: Dry Needling, Orthotic fitting, Vestibular therapy, Running assessments, Bike fittings, Concussion rehabilitation, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy
• Business casual dress code

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Proficiency in Dry Needling
• Experience with Orthotic fitting
• Experience in Vestibular therapy
• Experience conducting Running assessments
• Experience with Bike fittings
• Experience in Concussion rehabilitation
• Experience with Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy
• Experience using EPIC electronic medical record system

Additional Requirements & Compliance

• Criminal background check within 12 months, including SSN trace and nationwide search
• State-specific caregiver screening for Wisconsin candidates
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, indicating good health
• Negative drug screen within 12 months of start
• Immunizations and health documentation including:

  • TB test or chest x-ray within 12 months
  • Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption (annual)
  • COVID vaccine series preferred
  • Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B documentation as applicable
• OSHA Respirator Clearance required prior to start for fit testing (fit testing done onsite during orientation)
• Completion of facility-specific orientation modules and checklists
• Photo for badge (passport style, plain background)
• Signed confidentiality and ethical conduct agreements prior to start
