Assignment Details

• Travel/Contract
• Night shift, 3x12 hours: 18:45–7:15
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend
• No call
• Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Locals accepted

Unit Details

• Diagnoses include chest pain, NSTEMI/STEMI, left/right heart cath, TEE, cardioversions, stress tests, pacemakers, AMI, Afib, CHF, bradycardia, AICD insertion, and SVT/tachycardia

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Georgia
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Full compliance required to start on time

Additional Requirements

• RTO maximum: 7 days
• If one major holiday falls during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work it; if two, both; if three, two of the three
• Background check must be complete prior to start
• Education verification required and may be pending at start with proof it is running
• Physical exam required by Aya
• Negative TB or chest X-ray required
• TB questionnaire required
• Negative 10-panel drug screen required
• Flu vaccine or declination required
• 2 clinical references needed
• Skills checklist within 12 months, updated annually
• Work history verification of most recent employer required
