Must complete 2 references within 1 year of start in the current specialty

Criminal background check required within 1 year of start and must be updated annually
Physical exam required within 1 year of start and must be updated annually
N95 fit testing required within 1 year of start and must be renewed annually
Negative TB test or chest x-ray required within 1 year of start
Hepatitis B series or declination required
Flu vaccination or declination required by 12/5
