Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Dunn, North Carolina.
• 13-week assignment.
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00.
• 36 hours per week.
• Ratio: 1:4.
• First-timers accepted.
• Every other weekend required.
• Must be able and willing to float between both campuses and to all Harnett Health locations as needed.
• Callouts for scheduled shifts require makeup shifts as deemed necessary by the department.
• Locals are not accepted within a 50-mile radius from Betsy Johnson and Central Harnett.
• Pending license is not accepted.
• On-call is not required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina
• ED - Emergency Department (3 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or Military
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or Military
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or Military
• NIHSS
• CPI
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic

Additional Notes

• Return travelers must be gone for 1 year to return.
• The system has a 2-contract limit; after extending once, the traveler must be gone for 6 months to return.
• Guaranteed hours are subject to a call-off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment.
