Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Seattle, Washington
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 3x12, 18:45–06:15
• First-timers accepted
• Weekend work required
• Locals accepted
• On-call not required
• No floating within scope
• Block scheduling not accommodated
• Cases: 60–70
• Unit is a 25-bed Level 1 Trauma Center
• Heavy in Ortho, Spine, and Neuro; may see other service lines
• Will not see any Cardiac or Transplant

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
• Neuro experience
• Experience with Epic

Preferred

• 3–4 years of experience
• Traveler to work Christmas

Additional Notes

• Holiday RTO: travelers can have 1 of 3 major holidays, plus 3 additional non-holiday RTO days outside the restricted holiday windows
• Facility can call off 1 shift per every 2-week pay period
• Medication system: Pyxis
• Charting: Epic
• Scrub color provided by facility
