Job Overview
- Travel/contract RN role in Seattle, Washington
- Assignment length: 13 weeks
- Day shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
- Float required to postpartum and labor & delivery recovery areas
- Weekend requirement: 6 weekend days per contract
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Post Partum (2 years of experience)
- Post Partum experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with High Risk patients
- 2 years of experience in high-acuity postpartum care
- Magnesium administration experience
- Pitocin administration experience
- Postpartum hemorrhage management experience
- Substance withdrawal care experience
- Ability to manage 4 couplets (high patient census)
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- JADA experience
Additional Notes
- First-time travelers are accepted if they have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Perm candidates from other Providence facilities may be eligible after a 3-month separation, excluding Swedish facilities
- Active compact license is honored for Swedish facilities
