Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, charge RN, or director in the specialty
Preferred Qualifications
- NIH Stroke Certification
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
Onboarding / Compliance
- Government-issued photo ID required
- Background check required before start
- Education verification required
- Fingerprinting required within 48 hours of signed contract
- BCI and FBI fingerprinting required
- Primary source license verification required within 30 days of start
- Nursys verification required within 30 days of start
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Fit mask required within 12 months of start
- Tdap required every 10 years
- TB screening required within 12 months of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and flu documentation required
- Drug screen required within 12 months of start
- Eye exam required within 1 year of start
- Skills checklist required annually
- Baseline competency exam in medication and ECG required at orientation for bedside RNs

- All listed requirements are non-negotiable.
- Candidates may start with fingerprint results pending if fingerprinting is completed before start.
- Onboarding modules must be completed before start.
