Overview

• Location: Webster, Texas
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift
• Contract length: 8 weeks
• Setting: Home health
• Patient population: Geriatric
• Average patients per day: 5–7
• Territory: Up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
• Guaranteed hours: 20 weekly with a 40-hour schedule

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Home Health (1 year of experience)
• Home Health experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience with OASIS
• Experience with Homecare Homebase

Job Expectations

• On-call required
• Must be flexible with territory
• Locals accepted
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Cell phone not provided
• iPad provided

Additional Requirements

• Driver’s license or state ID required
• Background check required
• EPLS/GSA/SAM clearance required before start
• HHS/OIG clearance required before start
• Photo for badge required within 72 hours of signing
• Auto insurance copy required
• Physical exam within the last 12 months of start
• Negative TB or chest X-ray documentation required
• TB questionnaire required annually when applicable
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation required
• Drug testing required to meet agency standards
• Flu vaccination or declination required during flu season
• 2 professional references within 3 years of hire
• Skills checklist required
• Must watch two welcome videos before start
