Minimum 1 full year of Adult Home Health experience or 1 full year of Hospice experience, depending on the specialty
Recent specialty experience
Current CPR/BLS
Must have a valid license in hand
Reliable transportation
Current driver’s license
Agency-required liability insurance
Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase within the last 6 months
Home health experience

Average patient load: 5–8 patients per day
Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
Weekly travel: about 300 miles, depending on where the contractor lives during the assignment
On-call: 1 week out of 4, Monday–Thursday night call
Scrubs required

First-time travelers are not accepted
Guaranteed hours are not provided
OASIS proficiency is required for RNs who have used OASIS within the last 6 months; if not used within the last 6 months, retraining is required
