Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Wound Care experience within the last year
1 year of Wound Care experience
One completed travel assignment
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Experience with Epic

Preferred

Wound care certification

Additional Requirements

Full 7-year work history in the application with no gaps
7-year background check
Employment verification covering up to 7 years, with any gaps over 30 days explained
Negative 9-panel drug screen within 6 months of start
TB screening and annual renewal
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit test within 1 year of start and annual renewal
Tdap vaccination documentation
Flu vaccination documentation during flu season
Color vision screening if applicable
Signed pre-start documents and orientation materials
