Required Qualifications

• Valid Pediatric Physical Therapist license in California
• Pediatric Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Pediatric Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart Stroke Foundation
• First-time travelers accepted
• Pending state license not accepted

Schedule and Assignment Details

• Shift options are any 8 hours between 07:30 and 18:00
• Will work independently
• No on-call
• No floating
• Block scheduling may be accommodated; schedule is Monday–Friday
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius
• All requested time off must be included at submission
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
