Registered Nurse - ED/Trauma

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel Nursing (Clinical - Nursing - Travel)
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Job Description

Provide nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for primarily adult patients in an inpatient environment.
Deliver care consistent with ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).
Work in the Emergency Department/Trauma setting with required telemetry competence.

Schedule

Shift: 3rd shift (night)
Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
Weekend program includes Friday through Sunday nights

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Trauma Nurse Course Certification (TNCC)
Telemetry competence and telemetry experience
