Job Summary
- Deliver patient care, assess and evaluate patients’ needs using critical thinking.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team in development, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Educate patients and caregivers.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients.
- Prioritize all aspects of patient care.
- Escalate potential safety hazards or gaps.
- Document nursing practice using institutional information technology to support quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license appropriate for Urology specialty.
- Minimum 2 years of Urology nursing experience.
- Prior travel experience required (minimum 1 year).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
