Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Hematology/Oncology/Palliative Care

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Clinical - Nursing - Local
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This role primarily involves delivering care to an adult patient population. The position follows the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Provider
Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience, including hospice palliative care RN experience within the last year
Clinical experience in hematology, oncology, and palliative care nursing
Experience working with adult patients
Experience in an inpatient setting
