Physical Therapist Travel Position

Location: Whitehall, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour variable day shifts (flexible start times required due to case scheduling)
Work Hours: Approximately 8 hours per day, typically 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Details

• Primarily outpatient caseload with some inpatient/swing bed cases (<10%)
• Patient load: about 9-10 visits per day, 45-minute appointments
• No required weekends or holidays, but open for optional pick-up shifts
• No float or on-call responsibilities
• Orientation: 8-hour unbillable orientation; orientation week hours may vary during holidays when the unit is closed
• Must begin medical compliance portion within 48 hours of offer acceptance (24 hours for quick start)

Required Qualifications

• Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient or inpatient physical therapy (ideally both)

Additional Notes

• This is a travel assignment
• Guaranteed set hours per week except during holiday closures
