OB Nurse Opportunity

Location: Greenfield, Massachusetts
Facility: Baystate Franklin Medical Center (Baystate Health)
Employment Type: Long Term (13 months)

Unit Details

OB unit including antepartum triage, labor and delivery, and mother/newborn couplet care
Unit size: 13 beds
Patient ratios:
- 1:1 during labor and delivery
- 3:1 for couplet care
Average volume: Approximately 40 deliveries per month

Experience & Certifications Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and delivery AND postpartum couplet care
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Neonatal Resuscitation
- Intermediate fetal monitoring

Additional Information

Candidates must be able to care for both labor & delivery patients as well as postpartum mothers and their newborns.
