Workweek: 32 hours per week during holiday weeks; 40 hours per week otherwise

Job Description

Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
Equipment details will be provided during the interview.
Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN within the last year at this therapy provider are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
Candidates with prior travel or permanent/PRN work history more than one year ago require eligibility verification.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts

Additional Information

Credentialing requires contract quality assurance.
