Job Description

• Must complete documentation directly with the staffing agency before starting the assignment.
• Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately.
• Candidates with a permanent license must have a permanent license (no compact license allowed).
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this employer within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
• Prior work history as a traveler or permanent/PRN more than one year ago requires eligibility verification.
• 30-day notice required before start.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois

Additional Information

• Billing and pay details are managed weekly.
• Overtime billed at 1.5x.
• Credentialing requires contract quality assurance.
