Assignment Length

Required Qualifications
- Valid RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license in North Dakota
- RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (1 year of experience)
- RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist experience within the last year
- BLS
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee nutritional care for residents according to physician orders, regulations, and care plans
- Plan, prepare, and serve meals, snacks, and supplements
- Assess residents’ nutritional needs and document care provided
- Observe and report resident conditions to appropriate staff
- Follow infection control procedures and OSHA/CDC guidelines
Work Environment
- Moderate noise level
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- English communication required, both spoken and written

- Local placement within 80 miles
- No on-call or callback
- Housing may be used at additional cost
