Contract Length

Schedule

Generally scheduled 5 days per week, with likely inclusion of 1 weekend day

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Hawaii
Speech Language Pathologist (2 years of experience)
Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
BLS
Ability to complete Modified Barium Swallow Studies independently and proficiently

Work Setting / Duties

Acute rehab
Skilled nursing facility experience
Possible outpatient referrals

Additional Notes

Possible floating to another facility depending on census and staffing
Training in documentation and rehab-area expectations is provided
