Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Colorado
• Long Term Care (4 years of experience)
• Long Term Care experience within the last year
• BLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Scheduling Notes

• No holiday requests off; holidays must be worked

Housing

• Housing may be available as a shared 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment
• Housing is not available until the day before the scheduled start date
• Rent is paid by the traveler
• No pets
• No smoking

Travel Eligibility

• Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 65 miles from the facility
• Local travelers are not considered
