Location: Holyoke, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Overview
- Specialty: Behavioral Health
- Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM (No block schedule)
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours
- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
- Call Requirements: None
- Float Requirements: Yes
- Patient Population: Geriatric, pediatric (ages 5-17), and adult patients
- Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:8 (lower ratios for geriatric and pediatric units)
- Units: 5 units total; 2 adult units (24 beds each), 1 geriatric unit (24 beds), 1 pediatric unit (12 beds)
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Cerner
- Supervisor: Shift supervisors only
- Dress Code: Blue scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health nursing experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
