Patient Ratios: 5-6 patients per nurse
Unit Staffing:
- 2 Patient Care Technicians (PCT) per shift
- 1 Unit Secretary during day shift
Documentation System: Meditech
Scheduling Requirements: 4 weekend days (Saturday and Sunday)
Floating Policy: As needed
Patient Experience Requirements:
- Whiteboards
- Bedside Shift Report
- Hourly Safety Rounds
- Key Words
