Travel RN - Critical Care/ICU
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Specialty: Critical Care/ICU
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday days)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Shift Hours: 24 hours every other weekend
- Call Requirements: None
- Float Requirements: Must float to all step-down units, Telemetry, and other ICU level units
Experience & Certifications
- Required Years of Experience: 5 years in Critical Care/ICU
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Required Skills:
- Titration of medications
- Ability to interpret ECG
- Management of ventilated patients
- Preferred Experience: Prior ICU experience
- Equipment Experience: Ventilator management required
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 16
- Patient Ratios: 1:2
- Type of Patients: Cardiogenic shock, respiratory failure, renal failure, post-PCI
- EMR System: Epic
Work Environment & Dress Code
- Personality Fit: Team-oriented
- Scrub Color: Navy
- Unacceptable Attire: Fleece, hoodies; top must be navy and nursing-related

- Educational modules must be completed prior to starting on the floor.
