Position Details
- Specialty: Therapist - Inpatient Behavioral Health
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekly Hours: 40 (guaranteed)
- Weekend Hours: Yes, on a rotation
- Call Requirements: None

- Patient Population: Adult psychiatric and substance abuse patients
- Caseload Ratio: Approximately 1:12 when fully staffed
- Float Requirements: Possibly; flexibility may be needed to cover other caseloads occasionally
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in social work or counseling
- Licensure: Relevant state licensure (Indiana) required
- Certifications: HWC, CPR
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (Therapist/Behavioral Health)
- Prior Travel Experience: Not specified / not required
Job Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual, and family therapy
- Treat patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues
- Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
