Registered Nurse - Med Surg Telemetry

Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Unit: Med Surg Telemetry (Tele Med/Surgical)
Shift: See shift details (typically 36 guaranteed hours/week)
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend / as needed
Call Requirements: As needed
Patient Ratio: 1:6
Patient Population: All ages
EHR System: Meditech
Float Requirements: May float to other Med Surg units as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience, with Telemetry experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Certifications:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
- Health and Wellness Certification (HWC)
