Main Operating Room
Number of Beds in Facility: 284
OR Staff: Approximately 55
Shift Staffing:
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 1 trauma RN, 1 trauma tech, variable additional staff
- Night Shift: 2 RNs, 1 tech, plus on-call RNs and techs
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in the Operating Room (OR), including experience within the last year
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Experience with Meditech EMR system

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with trauma cases
Experience with vascular procedures

Typical Procedures

All general OR procedures except burns, transplants, and heart surgeries

Personality Fit: Easy going, self-motivated
