Hours: 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week

Local candidates are not accepted; must be outside a 50-mile radius.
Call-off/cancellation allowed up to 48 hours per 13-week contract with a 2-week notice.
12 hours of non-billable orientation; guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
If previously employed by this health system, must have ended employment at least 12 months prior to application.
