LPN/LVN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Night Shift

Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: Nights
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week (every other weekend and holiday)
Work Week: Sunday through Saturday, 6 PM to 6 AM

Job Details

Position involves working in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Guaranteed clinical hours: 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts.
No on-call or call-back responsibilities.
Local placements within an 80-mile radius.
If housing is provided by the facility, local pay rates apply.
A $500 fee will be charged if the clinician cancels or quits with less than 14 days' notice.

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN/LVN license in Nebraska.
Minimum of 2 years of LPN/LVN experience.
LPN/LVN experience within the last year.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) settings.

Additional Information

Every other weekend and holiday work is required.
Night shift hours are from 6 PM to 6 AM.
