Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Shift

• Nights
• 12-hour shifts
• Typical start time: 1800
• Schedule: Friday/Saturday/Sunday, with possible additional day or two during the week

Required Qualifications

• BLS (AHA)
• RPSGT

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology, Respiratory Technology, or other medical specialty
• Minimum of two years of related work experience in the Sleep Disorders field

Job Duties

• Perform Sleep Study Procedures or Neurological Testing for all patient populations
• Educate patients on prescribed therapies and sleep testing when necessary
• Follow up with patients when applicable
• Handle technical troubleshooting as needed
• Monitor and document in the medical record per facility guidelines
• Participate in scoring or tabulation of studies as needed
• Oversee students and/or staff providing patient care, treatment, and/or services during training when necessary

Additional Details

• Very busy practice with backlog; scheduling is focused on catching up
• Uses computerized charting and standard sleep study procedures
• Dress code: scrubs
• No floating to other units/departments
• Training and orientation provided by the Sleep Technician supervisor
• Must have previously worked for Marshfield noted in submission; if previously worked there, end date must be at least 6 months before submission
• Clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
