Overview

• Contract role in San Ramon, California
• Day shift
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Territory / Coverage

• Assigned county territory includes:

  • Area #1: Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City
  • Area #2: Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont
• Additional travel outside the area may be required
• Weekend coverage may be required
• May need to see Covid+ and Covid Pui patients
• May need to work outside the service area occasionally to secure a full caseload

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS
• Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS
• PALS
• NRP

Assignment Notes

• Productivity expectation: at least 27 points per week
• Payment is per visit basis
• Hours are approved on a per-visit basis
• Traveler must complete 27 points in the week when guarantee applies
• Guarantee does not apply in the first or last week of assignment, during holidays, or during weeks with time off
• If the traveler refuses patients, the guarantee does not apply
• Requested time off must be disclosed at submission and is not approved after acceptance
