Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist (Rehabilitation Therapy)
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Minimum Requirements
Education / Licensure / Certification
- Graduate from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Hawaii State license as an Occupational Therapist
- Current BLS/HCP certification required
- All licenses and certifications must be valid throughout the contract duration
Professional Experience
- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as an Occupational Therapist in an inpatient/acute care setting prior to any travel assignments
- Experience in comparable size/type medical centers (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) is highly preferred
Other Information
- Compliance documentation must be completed and submitted at least 10 days prior to the contract start date; failure to do so will delay the start date and shorten the contract length
- Requested Time Off (RTO) is not permitted during the initial contract period
Additional Notes
- Prior travel experience is required for this position
- Hawaii residents are eligible but will not receive traveler rates
- Compliance submission must include a current NURSYS report
