Job Overview

• Location: Salem, Virginia

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Hours per week: 36
• Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with every 3rd weekend

Required Qualifications

• Echo Technologist (2 years of experience)
• Echo Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS
• RDCS or RCS

Clinical Details

• Performs transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms
• Supports Cath lab procedures for TAVR and Watchman, and OR procedures for CABG and valve cases

Unit Information

• Cardiovascular unit
• Uses GE Vivid E95s
• Documentation systems: Merge and Meditech
• Provides inpatient acute care on weekends and outpatient services Monday through Friday

Dress Code

• Scrubs
