Job Description

Provide nursing care in a 59-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
Patient population includes individuals recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, orthopedic injuries, and other severe illnesses.
Work primarily on a locked neuro unit (11 beds).
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:6 or 1:7.
Shift hours: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts, glucometer, and INR machine.
Electronic Health Record system: Epic.
No call requirements.
No guaranteed weekly hours.

Patient Population

Stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, orthopedic injury, and debility.

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN/LVN license in Pennsylvania.
Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience, including experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Skilled Nursing experience.

Additional Information

Nurse scrub color: Navy Blue.
No float requirements.
No weekend hours specified.
No prior travel experience required.
