RN - Cardiac Critical Care

Job Overview

Travel RN position in Indianapolis, Indiana
Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Every other weekend required
No call required
First to float with low census

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
CCU - Coronary Care (2 years of experience)
CCU - Coronary Care experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of critical care background including ventilator management with respiratory therapy support and titratable vasoactive drips

Unit Details

16-bed unit
Typical patient ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3
Patient population includes post-cath STEMIs, NSTEMIs, direct admits from other facilities, and medical ICU overflow
Equipment includes vents, Arctic Sun, temporary pacemakers, and Swan-Ganz

Assignment Length

13 weeks

Additional Notes

Navy scrubs required
Parking is available in designated employee spaces
